What is the difference between an extract and normal powder?

A normal powder is simply the whole plant dried and ground.

An extract is concentrated, the active compounds are pulled out and standardised, making it more potent and consistent per dose. We've attached an image below to explain the core differences.

How long will it take to feel results?

That depends on the product and the person.

Some ingredients (like certain adaptogens or stimulatory extracts) can be felt within the first hour, like our Focus capsules. Others build gradually over 2 to 4 weeks with consistent use. We design products to support daily performance, not quick spikes and crashes.

Consistency beats intensity.

Can I take multiple Superhuman products together?

In most cases, yes.

Our products are designed to function as systems, not chaotic blends.

That said:

Avoid stacking multiple stimulant-based products together.

Always follow dosage instructions.

Are our products suitable for long-term use?

Many of our tonic and adaptogenic ingredients are traditionally used long term.

However:

Stimulatory ingredients may benefit from cycling.

Listen to your body.

Build habits first, supplements second.

How does delivery work?

We ship nationwide across South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on demand. Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it in real time.

What does “This unregistered product has not been evaluated by SAHPRA” mean?

It means the product is classified as a health supplement under South African law.

It is not a pharmaceutical drug.

It is not registered as a medicine.
