We build Superhuman products to be used daily, not hyped once.
That said, if something isn’t right for you, we stand behind our work.
Purchases made directly through www.besuperhuman.co.za are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within the applicable period and we’ll review your request in line with the terms below.
Eligibility & Timeframe
Our money-back guarantee applies for 60 days from the date of purchase.
This applies to first-time purchases of supplement products only.
Orders containing multiple units, apparel, gear, or other items are not covered under the guarantee, but may still qualify for return under our standard Returns Policy.
If you purchased a Superhuman product through a retailer or third party, their return policy will apply.
Multiple Units & Orders
If an order contains more than one unit of the same product and you decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund one opened unit.
Any additional unopened units must be returned to us before a refund is processed.
The guarantee applies once per customer, per product, and is intended for first-time use only.
Shipping (South Africa Only)
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping fee of R85 applies to all non-rural deliveries

Orders over R750 qualify for free local shipping

Rural or outlying areas may incur additional courier charges
- If an area is too remote and the courier is unable to deliver the parcel we will refund the customer in full.
Final shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 11:00 (11am) on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on location and courier capacity.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or South African public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
Returns
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opened or used products are only eligible for return where they fall under the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an exchange is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
We can’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen return shipments.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Clearance items, closeout stock, and special-order products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
